Caddie Tip: A gratuity for the caddie’s service and support. ThaiKnow helps arrange the minimum caddie tip during booking.

A: Changes and cancellations depend on the booking conditions and cancellation policy.

A: ThaiKnow only provides caddie booking services for golf rounds. We do not arrange or manage any activities outside the golf course.

If a golfer and caddie choose to communicate or make personal arrangements outside of ThaiKnow, this is a private matter between both parties and is not covered by ThaiKnow’s services.

A. While we make every effort to ensure your requested caddie is present, unexpected emergencies (such as sudden illness or accidents) may occasionally arise. In such rare cases, we take immediate action:

1. Immediate Replacement: We will automatically assign an equivalent or higher-rated alternative caddie at no extra charge.

2. Prior Notification: You will be notified via email/messaging prior to your tee time with the updated caddie profile.

3. Full Refund / Compensation: If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, you will receive a 100% full refund for the caddie booking fee, along with a free booking fee for your next booking.

A: You can book caddies who are registered and available on ThaiKnow. We are continuously expanding our caddie network.

A. ThaiKnow Golf Mate connects you with local golf companions who actually play the round with you as your playing partner.

Whether you are traveling solo, looking to complete a 3-man or 4-man group, or simply want a friendly local partner to share the game with, a Golf Mate joins your group, hits the course together, and helps elevate your overall golfing experience in Thailand.

• Actual Playing Partner: They play alongside you on every hole, sharing the game and the fairway.

• Local Course Insight: Being familiar with local golf courses, they help make your round smoother and more enjoyable.

• Great for Solo & Short Groups: Perfect for solo golfers who need a partner or groups needing extra players to fill a tee time.

Note: Please remember that while Golf Mates play the round with you, standard golf course fees (green fee, cart fee, caddie fee, and tips) for your Golf Mate are covered on-site by the host golfer.

Yes. All Golf Mate members complete identity verification and provide a self-reported handicap or skill level before joining the platform.

A. The payment made on thaiknow covers only the Golf Mate booking/service fee. Please note that all on-site golf course expenses — including the green fees, cart fees, caddie fees, and caddie tips for BOTH yourself and your booked Golf Mate — must be covered directly by the golfer on the day of play.

A. Our Golf Mate service is strictly limited to the scheduled golf round and field companionship. Any activities or arrangements outside the official booking hours are entirely private decisions between the individuals. Please note that thaiknow holds no responsibility, liability, or involvement in any personal interactions or agreements made outside the official service schedule.

A. ThaiKnow is committed to providing a safe, reliable, and enjoyable golf experience for all users. We enforce clear community guidelines to ensure smooth communication and mutual respect.

• Last-Minute Cancellation or No-Show:
To ensure a reliable experience, all users are expected to respect their booking commitments. However, if your Golf Mate cancels at the last minute or fails to appear, we will immediately attempt to arrange an equivalent replacement. If no replacement is available, you will receive a 100% full refund of the booking fee, along with a discount on your next booking.


• Inappropriate Behavior or Misconduct:
All Golf Mates are expected to maintain friendly etiquette and respect. Any report of inappropriate behavior or communication issues will be reviewed carefully on an individual basis, and appropriate operational measures—such as official warnings or etiquette guidance—will be applied to ensure service quality.


• Reporting an Issue:
If you experience any issues during or after your round, please report the situation directly to ThaiKnow Customer Support. We value your feedback and strive to resolve every case smoothly.

A: A Gallery is a golf companion who joins your golf outing to enhance your overall experience. Unlike a Golf Mate, a Gallery does not play golf. Instead, they provide friendly conversation, positive energy, and enjoyable moments while you focus on your game. Choose a Gallery who matches your style and make your round more memorable.

A: ThaiKnow provides Gallery services only for your golf outing and on-course experience. We do not arrange or manage any activities outside of the golf course.
